Maiden KIE e-learning students graduate, praised

The Kigali Institute of Education (KIE), on Saturday, held the first graduation ceremony of four students on the e-learning programme, where the quartet was conferred upon post graduate diplomas in information and technology from Amity University in India.

The graduands are; Gerard Nizeyimana, Honorine Nakure, Theophile Ndegeya and Aline Uwimbabazi.

According to the vice rector in charge of academic affairs, James Vuningoma, as the partnership grows between India and Rwanda, they will be able to sponsor more students on the e-learning programme.

He called upon people to enrol on the programme, saying that it is very convenient for everyone, those who are already employed.
